Awful customer service, lengthy wait times, constant up selling, and nonsensical policies. Was prescribed glasses that were way too strong. When I complained, they were dismissive. Decided to go to an alternate optometrist in the area which has better prices and service.

Amazing staff and products at A&F Opticians!
Considering it took me hours to pick out a pair of suitable glasses (a pair that reflected my style, character and that fitted correctly) the staff at A&F were more than patient, understanding and helpful. They were full of recommendations that suited my feedback on each pair I tried on. I did not feel rushed or pressured. They made eyeglass shopping fun. The service was excellent from the time I entered to book my exam to when I came to pick up my new glasses. Needless to say, I was able to find a pair of glasses I felt comfortable and confident in to wear on a daily basis.
…Sadly I lost my glasses but, I can assure you I’ll be back to purchase a new pair without hesitation!
