Accufix Appliance

Unprofessional service. I booked an appointment and the tech did not show up. Also, never received a call to let me know that the tech would not arrive. Do not waste your time. Check Google reviews too. Many others also feel the same way.

Im very satisfied with the services Accufix provided me when my dryer stopped working. I do my laundry everyday as we are a four member family with a small child. I called them afternoon and they came the next day in the morning. The problem as not big, it was a filter that needed to be replaced, but they were fixed in a timely manner. They were very professional and I would call them again in the future.

Recently, I used Accufix services when my Maytag clothing washer suddenly stopped working. I thought I was going to have to wait for days to get it serviced which was a worry because I have a small child. When I called, the receptionist picked up right away which was a relief because I expected to be on hold for awhile. The receptionist was really nice and understood that I could not go without a washer for tool long. A service call was scheduled for the next day and the technician actually arrived at around 11:00am. It only took the technician an hour to identify and fix the problem, which was a broken part that had to be replaced. I was pleased with the fast and efficient service.
The service I received from Accufix was the best. Both the technician and receptionist were really nice and helpful. The technician showed me where the old part was broken so I could see that it had to be replaced. I found the entire service very professional. The technician explained the problem and the costs to fix it, and he answered all of my questions. The part was not expensive because he did a search for me to get the cheapest part available. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my clothes washer running properly. If I have another problem with one of my appliances, I am definitely calling Accufix. I had a great experience and definitely recommend Accufix to anyone with an appliance problem. Thanks for all of your help.
