I had really high expectations when I went here and was completely disappointed. The service was formal and not too bad, but when they served the food it was cold. I understand that the place was really busy. However, with the amount that this place is charging, they should be able to hire extra chefs in the kitchen. When an establisment advertises to be a mid-upper scale restaurant, it should provide good quality food! Also, the chefs should make sure that a hot meal is hot and not lukewarm.
