VERY GHETTO! I saw this on groupon and thought I would give it a try. I needed a shellac manicure and pedicure as I was going to a wedding. The lady who did my nails was nice but extremely slow. She didn’t do a good job with my pedicure but I let her continue on with the shellac manicure. Worst decision ever. First I have natural long nails and I told her to clip them to make them even. She cut them super low. Second she applied the shellac but the owner was hovering over her and was watching what she was doing. It came out bubbly and didn’t even look like I just did a manicure. (I sent my friend a pic and she said I could have done a better job). I expressed my concern to the owner seeing that I spent two hours there. That’s when things got real. She started yelling at me saying that it looked fine. I told her very calmly it didn’t look that way and either please reimburse me or do it over. The problem is they had NO selection of colors! I asked for my money back for the manicure and she offered $ 5! That’s ridiculous considering I had to pay to get it RE DONE! The owner yelled at me and I had to keep calm because I had my 5 year old son with me and I didn’t want him see me stoop down to her pathetic level. I left telling her that it was shameful that she was acting like an animal in front of a child. Lesson learnt. No more groupon deals!
