Ann Taylor

I went shopping at Ann Taylor today & only ended up with a couple of items. It’s weird, I didn’t like their designs this season. Hardly anything looked good on me. I noted this in their sister store Loft as well. Quality here is better than Loft but still not up to standards of years past. Hopefully they get better next season. I can’t complain about the store organization though. Everything was neat and today. Sales clerks were helpful & nice as well. I just wish the quality was better. Their winter suite jackets are so thin now & their pants as well.

Love, love, love Ann Taylor skirts and tops. Not a big fan of their dresses as they always seem to hang awkwardly on me. The problem with the store is that the staff are not very helpful. It doesn’t bother me much though because I usually know what I want and what size I wear in AT. But if you need help with something it might be a problem. Their sales events are fantastic :)

Since it’s always a bit of a challenge to find decent office appropriate clothing that doesn’t cost a fortune, I was thrilled to see Ann Taylor open up a shop a the Eaton Centre. I’ve been in a few times since it’s opened and I’ve never been disappointed.
I happened by here today with one of my friends so we could check out the sales. I have to say, I was even more impressed than usual. Service is always great, but even with a store crowded with throngs of bargain hunters, we both received excellent service. The salespeople were extremely helpful despite the crowd.
Whenever a store has a sale on, I always feel like I’m going to end up picking through the remnant pieces of clothing that no one else wants, however, today, that was not the case… the sale prices were amazing and the selection was ridiculous. We had a great time shopping and literally had to stop ourselves from buying more than we did.
Overall, they carry a great selection of office attire, and great weekend attire as well.
Will definitely be going back… there’s a reason this place is one of my favourite shopping spots.

I come to Ann Taylor only for the purpose of buying my mom gifts. My most recent visit was to exchange a shirt that didn’t fit her, but it was over the 60 day return/​exchange period. I thought I’d give it a shot and see if they’d be nice enough to accommodate me.
The manager I spoke to certainly didn’t look too pleased that I was exchanging an item instead of purchasing something, however, she made an exception and allowed me to exchange the shirt for the current selling price ($ 25 dollars less than original value).
I quickly picked out something and paid $ 8 more. Another sales person helped me at the cashier who was friendlier than the Manager. She wrapped the new shirt up nicely and apologized they couldn’t do something more.
Overall, a pleasant experience at Ann Taylor where you’ll receive A-​OK service!
