Apex Wireless

This place has posted hours of 11 am through 6 pm on Sundays.
I work at noon in the area so I leave early and get there at 11:15. The place is closed and dark inside. I wander around for another 15 minutes and go back and it’s still closed and dark.
I head to one of their competitors down the street (Wind), but unfortunately they don’t open till noon. I grab something to eat.
When I pass by this place again on my way into work, it’s still dark.
Later, I leave my own job 5 minutes early and run back to the shop – in the rain, the opposite direction I actually need to be going – as they’re supposed to be open until 6pm. I get there at 5:58 and the guy is exiting, locking the door. I explain to him that I just need to buy a stylus. He says «We’re closed» and I tell him it’s not six yet and he says he’s still closed.
I explain to him that I was there at 11:30 and he wasn’t open even though it says they open at 11, that he basically wasted an hour of my morning. He agrees that he was late but says that it doesn’t matter. He still won’t serve me.
In short, the hell with this place. If they’re going to hire incompetent slackers with ZERO sense of customer service, why on earth should anyone give them their business? Avoid at all costs.
