I’ve never done a review on a park before, but here it goes. This is a pretty below average park located in the heart of the downtown area of Toronto. You don’t see many public parks around the city anymore let alone downtown so that’s why this place is special. By special I mean, there is a patch of grass and you can take a quick stroll for a couple minutes before being harassed by the homeless. It’s a good place to take the dog out for a walk or if you’ve bagged a lunch and want somewhere to enjoy it, during the nice days out. There isn’t too much seating, and I don’t really suggest sitting on the grass so maybe eat that sandwich standing up against a tree or something! The place in the evenings is a bit more sketch and you’ll get the homeless and occasional shady looking person wandering around. For the most part people won’t bother you, but If you’re walking around here after hours, try and avoid it if you’re alone! I’ll give it 3 stars since there aren’t enough parks downtown!

There’s like nothing here. It’s more of a quick shortcut to walk from Park Road(when you exit the subway) to Church. It’s good for eating lunches in the summer, but homeless people in the mornings. Don’t know what else to say.

this is such a dainty little parkette with some nice features. it has a few metal sculptures by artist john mcewen of silhouttes of wolves and other animals. it has a raised platform with couple of phrases carved into metal fence like stands. it sits on park road across the street from a rabba’s fine foods and in between an old victorian style house and some other more modern and boring buildings. it seems like a great place to come with your lunch when the weather is nice or to read a book or watch the passersby. i have, however, seen a few drunks there or smokers and that didnt excite me, but it seems welcoming nonetheless. there is also some kind of stage or something there. cant say for what, though. i believe its also a thoroughfare between streets.
