It’s true his system for finding your shoes will be totally random and yes it always takes him time to find my shoes. But he always does find them… and when he does, they are always very nicely repaired. He does some quality work. I’m one of those people that waits too long to bring my shoes in for repair to the point where they are beyond all hope and this guy has worked miracles on a few pairs of my shoes. Happy repeat customer.

While the other reviews are on point about temporary misplacement of your shoes and having to find your own shoes, etc., this really is the only show repair spot on st clair west, the prices are reasonable, and the man who runs the shop is so nice! He’s not taking advantage of the fact that he’s the only guy on the block — I think he just has too many customers and is therefore disorganized. That’s not an excuse though and he does need to implement some sort of system for keeping track of customers’ orders. The owner has also given me advice on leather cleaning and suede treatment on a few separate occasions when I was trying to get water and other stains out of my handbags and shoes. He even let me come in before opening hours to pick up my shoes before work! He opens at 9am. I hope to see him remain in business but he may have to vamp up his service model.

To repair your shoe in this place is really bad idea. I’m strongly not recommended. First of all, He lost my shoe. He said«I put your shoe in the wrong place so I can’t find that, you can come back tomorrow with your other pair of shoe and then I can find,» and also he said«or you can look for it by yourself.» I needed that shoe in that day so I tried to find by myself.(It was the day he said to me to pick up my shoe.) but the place was so messy so I couldn’t find. I told him«I need that shoe today, but I can’t find that» but he didn’t care about that at all. And also he didn’t apologize about that. In addition when I complain about it like this he said to me «Don’t spend my time.» I don’t understand why this place can run the business. If I need to repair my shoe in this place again, I prefer to go outside without shoes.

Avoid. The owner constantly misplaces customers’ items. He also has a way of being late — if he says to pick it up on Monday, better come next week. I for one only kept going because I don’t know of any other show repair place in the area. But now I’d rather walk barefoot to Mississauga than to trust this guy with my shoes.
