Like others have said, it isn’t the best-looking Baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to, but then again, I never sit down to have my ice cream anyway. The fact that the staff had music playing on an old boombox dated the store further. Not that I minded. I love me some Temper Trap. I always get a hard scoop milkshake when I go to BR. They are overpriced but sooo good. I tried their flavor of the month, Snacknado. Not a good choice for a liquidy drink as the bits of pretzel got all soggy and there were so many chunky bits that wouldn’t fit through the straw. The flavor itself was really good though, but I definitely wouldn’t get it as a milkshake ever again.

It’s a little crusty and the staff usually looks kinda burned out due to a permanent line up but it’s the most convenient thing on the Bloor Subway line. Great that you can just jump off the subway grab some ice cream and jump back on. Can’t get any better than that!

This location is fine, it’s not the most well-kept store but considering it’s proximity to the subway station and the number of Korean teenagers that are constantly fluttering by it’s not a surprise. The other day when I went in the girl helping me was nice and got me my one scoop in short order. She almost seemed to like her job a little too much.

Heather had a sudden craving for frozen yogurt, and Baskin Robbins was right there… so, against my better judgement, in we went. We were with two other people. It says something about their selection — and the general dingy vibe of the place — that not only did only Heather get anything, she decided against a frozen yogurt and went with a fruit smoothy instead. While they used a fresh banana, the«strawberry» was just some kind of vibrant red syrup. Perhaps it was once strawberries, but it sure looked and tasted sweet and artificial to us. At over $ 5 for one of the crappier smoothies I’ve ever had, it was a pretty big rip off. Can’t say we’ll be back.

You can’t go wrong with ice cream, but lately I haven’t been a fan. I’d rather have gelato. We came here with a bunch of coupons that expired on the same date. I was not impressed that the servers had to debate whether it was useable or not. It expires today, therefore today is the last day I can use it! The place is small. As I was looking at all the flavours, it was a guarantee I’d bump into someone. They do have some ‘healthier’ stuff that had SOME information about the allergens(milk and soy). The Mango sorbet didn’t have anything there, and I should have asked. I assumed this was Mango purree with some water, but I should have known better that this is BR(the Mcd’s of icecream). It did affect me a little, and after reading the ingredients on the website, it contains corn syrup and carob bean, both which I am intolerant to. In a nutshell, they should have these things posted or told where I can get it at the store. All that aside, when I was getting my ice cream, i had asked for 1 scoop, and he gave me 2 by accident. When I told him again I only wanted one, i got a dirty look the whole duration of the transaction. Why did I deserve that?! Take your ice cream and have it in the park next door, The place is too tiny
