Bought a E-Bicycle from them, I love it! Had a few problems with the bike either from me beating up the bike or maybe manufacturer’s defect… either way they took care of it and No… I did not get charged for the parts/repair since the bike was still new :)
Thanks guys, I will let my friends know where I got it from if I can suck em into buying one too
if you are unsure which bike/scooter is best for you, You HAVE to go get their professional opinion on what kind of bike/scooter you need… They really know their stuff

I brought my bike in for repairs. They charged me $ 40 and said they’d call me in a few days. I show up a day after they said they’d call, and they said it was done. Zero work had been done to my bike. I agree with other poor reviews of this place, and I wish I’d checked Unilocal first. Do not do business with these crooks.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The gentleman at the counter was acting like helping me wasn’t his job but a favour he was doing for me personally. He was rude, uncooperative and downright condescending at one point. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, please go down to Kingston to the shops near the beaches for your bike needs, this place is definitely not worth it considering the parts I wanted were not cheaper by comparison.

Very friendly older guys, but my break cables were all taped into my bike with black tape. Not the most professional job. But whatever it was cheap-ish.
