The woman who welcomed me in was a delight but she worked retail and my visit was a question regarding my device so I needed to see Sarah who handles all the tech things. Maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but wow, curt, and abrasive. I left annoyed even though technically she had answered my question it was done in such a rude manner.
