I’m sorry to all the Torontonians This place was a huge disappointment I was told it was beautiful, with hills and water and wildlife Coming from Scotland … I guess my expectations were unrealistically high. I found it void of nature, instead replaced with discarded garbage, not one little stall for a refreshment … And yes I’m sure that’s not the point you take your own picnics… But what else is there here … Some water and a hill. Sorry it’s just not doing it for me Visited May 2015

Very clean beach. Didn’t know such a gem existed in scarborough such close to the main city. Lots of seagulls and clear waters. Yacht view is amazing. Cliffs views are amazing too!

The ‘beach’ part of the scarborough bluffs, and wow! Such a hidden gem. Honestly I had no idea that scarbs had a beach and I am just blown away by how close this is to me. I ended up in the bluffs’ peak when I mapped how to get to the scarborough bluffs and then I had to google how to get down to the beach area, which is apparently called ‘bluffer’s park’. I think this place gets pretty packed on summer weekends and even weekdays, but since it’s the middle of september in the middle of the week, it was quite empty and parking was easy to find. There’s a sign that says parking is paid, but since we didn’t see a meter or a person, we just went for free. The sand at bluffer’s park is really soft, compared to woodbine beach. Is that because it’s a man made park? The bluffs are very beautiful and I like the scenery a lot better than any other beach in toronto. I love looking up at the big rocks and bluffs above and seeing all the rocks that people can hike up to. Would definitely return!
