Boba Fett is a Star Wars character, so I was always confused by my friends with kids saying they were going to Bob Abate. (It sounds the same, right?)
Now that I have kids of my own, this is one of their go-​to places for city-​run activities. They have Toronto Parks and Rec Preschool (starts at 18 months), an open/​free gym time each week in the mornings, activities on the weekends including painting and crafts, and so much more.
The City instructors are usually young and full of energy. I think their academic rigor could be stronger, but this is preschool, not University-​prep. There will be plenty of time for reading lessons in school. For now, if my twins learn to stand in line and wash their hands I’ll be happy.
