BODE Spa for Men

I went here and got a royal flush facial and body massage, all in the damage was $ 200 + tax. It was close to 4 hours I spent in there.
When I first walked in, they made me fill out health related forms, for which I specified my allergies and any previous health conditions. Once that was done, I taken to the back where the lockers are and was instructed to change into a robe. I walked out and was taken to the massage room. I was given a decent, though not spectacular swedish massage with scalp massage at the end, which was quite nice.
After, I was taken to another room where they would fulfill the royal flush facial treatment. I have never gotten one before so this was my first time and I came here b/​c they catered to men. I received a gift card, otherwise I wouldnt have gotten such a service.
I initially it was fine, but near the end of it I got a severe allergic reaction. I was so pissed, I had to meet my gf for lunch and I was swollen up like a grape fruit. The cosmetician seemed genuinely sorry for the situation.
I wouldnt have been so mad, if they reflected this in a make good somehow. They didnt even offer me that. The owner rapidly took my money and didnt acknowledge the fact that I got a severe reaction while at their spa. I was pissed off and told off the manager, she didnt seem to care.
Never going back here again… bad business practices. Keep your money and go to more reputable places.
