I hired Brock Doors and windows for work worth over $ 23,000 and regret it ever since. The quality of the windows hopelessly bad, incomplete installation, arrogant and threatening garage door installer. It has been awful experience. I’m sure you will find a company that is more reputable. Brock salesman will promise you the moon and the stars… nothing to show for. I could have saved so much stress had I done my research

I can’t vouch for the actual windows, as it was not even possible to get the «free estimate.» I was told testily over the phone, twice, that they need a week lead time. Well, I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment, and they said they would call me back with appointment times. After not getting a return call for a couple days, I called back, and was told haughtily that there would be no way to get an appointment, as they need a week’s notice! Couldn’t even get my foot through the door… My business will definitely go elsewhere. If they aren’t in the business of making money, then they will do just fine.
