I have not had better customer service in a while than dealing with Heather from Canadian Down & Feather Company Inc. We bought our duvet it came so quickly was amazing but ended up purchasing the wrong size. I inquired on an exchange without a receipt and was not given any hassle at all.
Heather was so accommodating by email and phone and called me to confirm. Even after I received my new duvet she emailed to make sure I got it.
Its so nice to see that they care because now a days customer service is hard to find.
Thank you Heather and I look forward to purchasing more items with Canadian Down & Feather Company Inc.
Also wanted to add I have purchased here before and the quality of the product is amazing.

Made the mistake of ordering two separate items from them on Groupon. One took 2 weeks after said arrival date, the other is said to arrive on the 27^th, 3 weeks after said arrival date.
I’ve received the duvet and it is meh. Very crunchy. Not lofty at all. Will update review once I’ve received my pillows. Probably worthless too.
