Carry Maternity

I’ve recently reached the point in my pregnancy where «normal» clothes don’t fit anymore, and I’ve been dreading making the leap to maternity. I guess I have an image in my mind of maternity clothes as frumpy and shapeless. Luckily, neither of these adjectives apply to anything you’ll find at Carry Maternity. This boutique has an excellent selection of all kinds of clothing. I bought a winter coat (which I LOVE and which can be worn with the pregnancy panel removed after pregnancy), a blazer, maternity leggings, and a bunch of dresses, and didn’t even venture into the huge selection of denim, tops, and underwear. I’ll save those for my next visit! For any pregnant ladies out there who haven’t migrated into maternity clothing world yet, this is the place to get started. Prices were moderate. I got a cute dress for $ 59 on sale from $ 129, but the coat was a splurge at $ 330. Everything else ranged in between, and I’m reasonably happy with the value. The saleslady (maybe the owner) was extremely helpful and attentive and honestly told me if things looked good or bad or would stretch to accommodate a growing belly or not as I tried things on. There’s a comfy seating area too if you want to bring a friend!
