While the per-class and monthly fees are a little pricey, Boxercise at Centre Ring is the best workout ever! It’s incredibly challenging and not for the faint-at-heart, but after a few months of boxing here, my body composition completely changed! It involves intervals of skipping, push-ups, abs, boxing with the bag, and strength training. and in the summer, running stairs! We did so many push-ups I lost count, but when I began, I could hardly do one without letting down my knees, and a month later, could do 20 in a row! You’ll build lots of lean muscle and drastically reduce body fat. Wayne’s Boxercise is the only workout I could commit to doing so often, it’s enjoyable and makes you feel strong and empowered!
