I wanted to use these guys, based on people’s reviews on web sites. They quoted me a rate over the phone that was lower than my closer options, so I went there with a full truck and movers, and they denied having spoken with me, and increased the rate to be the same as places right in the core.
So I had driven out a half hour, paid for mileage and gas, and mover time, only to be lied to by their staff. I guess they thought I’d just go along with it at that point.
I tried to invoice them for the (modest — $ 50) charges in mileage and gas, and they ignored the emails.
Dishonest place. Don’t bother.

This is the best location for drive up storage rooms in East York .
I live in the beaches and have just discover this facility, I love it and the
staff are very friendly !
