This is located at about the midpoint against the west wall of the South St. Lawrence Market. This is my go-​to cheese place in the market and every time I’m able to find what I’m looking for. The guys are also very knowledgeable so if you describe what you’re looking for they can give you a recommendation. You can be as vague as «I want something tasty.» or «I’m holding a dinner party and looking for a good variety.»
The best is when they surprise you with a recommendation to go with the cheese that you never would have thought of. Over the years, I’ve been introduced to some great olive oil, honey, crackers, etc. to go with their cheese recommendations.
When they’re busy (saturdays at the market), their service is friendly but quick and efficient. If you go when they’re less busy on a week day, they have more time to give you superior service and chat. Either way though — the cheese and food will be good!
