Flaky Fabulous and Fattening, just the way all shortbread should be. What a lovely surprise added to an evening of laughter and holiday fraternizing. My shortbread lasted for three tastings, not only did it hold its shape in my monster purse, it also quenched those Subway cravings,(you know, the ones that make you think«those Jamaican patties look pretty darn edible»). Christine you can make my «nosh» anytime!!!

Unlike Shari M. I was able to hold off on the consuming until I took a couple of pictures. These cookies were light and buttery, just the way shortbread should be. Thanks Christine, you totally fixed my shortbread cravings.

Tonight I had the pleasure of enjoying Christine C’s shortbread. I wish I had a photo to share as they were made from her grandma’s moulds, but alas, I ate the baby up and she be gone. What impressed me the most about Christine’s shortbread is that it tastes the same as my mom’s. Very impressive. Most shortbread is dry and flaky. Not our Christine C’s! It is buttery goodness. For those of you who couldn’t make it out tonight to Hanoi 3 Seasons, we missed you, and you missed out on some yummy shortbread!
