I found this company and referred to my friends that were coming from out of town for our wedding. First of all their respond time is terrible. The owner, Patsy Dineley, didn’t get back to me for 3 weeks. One of our friends booked them for their 18 months daughter. Patsy showed up herself. Luckily they were staying at a friend’s house. Parents left and after 5 mins Patsy left because the baby was crying and she couldn’t do anything g about it! I can’t believe how unreliable a babysitting company can be! I think they don’t even deserve one star!

I wanted a sitter for my baby & emailed to inquire. On Fri night she confirmed she found someone but I hadn’t had a chance to respond as I also moved that Fri to a new house (hectic anytime but especially with a 1 yr old). Net was set up Mon afternoon & she emailed that day with «So, Danielle. I got you a sitter but now you’re so no longer interested you can’t bother returning an email. Charming — very Etobicoke of you. yours, Patsy Dineley». I emailed politely explaining the situation, though letting her know that I was no longer interested after that response and she then replied with: «the glory of the web is you can write EXACTLY what you feel — and never send it.»
