The theatre itself is okay in comparison to Cineplex Cinemas Markham & VIP and Cineplex Cinemas Scarborough. The seats are less comfortable and the auditoriums are smaller. I have no problem with their staff, but the reason for my low rating is because of the people who go to this theatre. Every single time I’ve been to this theatre, there are always people talking, thinking it’s okay to ruin other’s movie experiences. The biggest blow is that Timeplay doesn’t even work here or isn’t offered. I’d pay an extra couple bucks to watch a movie in STC or Markham anyday after my last 2 visits.

I really like this cinema, as it usually has decent seats in the rooms no matter how popular the movie is. The reason being would be the location of the cinema, not many people would come to Scarborough to watch a movie. However, the rooms are not empty either and can be filled from a third up to half the room depending on how popular the movie is. Throughout the years, I’ve never encountered any issue with the service whether that be concessions or the ticket-​taker.
