Great place to learn how to fight! Steve is a knowledgeable instructor and really makes you work hard! Classes are structured so that you learn the various combos progressively and in your first class, you already start kicking and punching. It’s much more fun than some other gyms where instructors like to condition your body with drills and various exercises for the first few months before you even get to touch a glove.
Gym itself is well equipped with punching bags, speed bags, a weight room and a lot more. It has much more things than some other gyms I’ve trained at. It even has a mini store inside where you can buy your equipment.
Location-​wise, it is quite a hidden gym –on the second level above a car repair shop. For the carless peeps, you can get there by bus since it’s stops right in front of the place.
All in all, great place to train! I have confidence that Steve will turn students into great fighters!
