DON’T WASTEYOURTIME! I sent an email asking for help regarding a first time cruise vacation for a special occasion. The first email I got back was 3 lines, which ended with«Before I start, Are you working with any other travel agency offices». You wont help me unless if I want to compare prices?. Already a bad start but I hoped I was wrong… I wasnt. I was given minimal information, and I mean minimal — I got the boat name, a couple dates but all for the same cruiseline and prices which did not indicate if they included taxes/fees. That is less info then what I would get online. I had to make a request for more information about the boat, prices basically everything, for which I got a one or two line answer. I ended up doing all the research anyway and found a better deal elsewhere but when I notified the agent, she had the nerve to email me a nasty pouty response«I spent a considerable amount of time checking prices for you. My advise was given and I am sorry you did not see the value of using our professional services» Dont waste your time and apparently wasting their time is their primary concern. I dont know why they would bother being open for business if they are so unwilling to do the basic job.
