A special thank you to Nick @ Dashvapes for going out of his way and bending the rules a little to keep customers happy! Will be returning thanks to him! Merci!

We were visiting Toronto from CA and our friend recommended we come here. Employees were all so friendly and helpful. They help me set up my new vape and walked me through the whole set up. Gave me awesome flavor recommendations as well. :)

Dash vapes is actually a decent store, nice atmosphere, clean, people are friendly and a good selection/stock. The prices are reasonable but not as good as online. Part of the reason I came here was because I wanted to buy a kit from a storefront because I figured there would be better service if in the odd chance things went wrong. Things went wrong, now you get to learn from my experience. I bought a Kanger subox mini kit which was great when I got it. I didn’t get a proper receipt, just a credit card slip, but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. It vaped fine and then after about 2 and a half weeks it started tasting pretty bad, a few days later it stopped charging completely. I took it in, the employee confirmed it was defective and was told there was a 7 day exchange policy so I’d have to go through the manufacturer. While I was there I picked up an Eleaf Istick to use with the subtank. After two days of use the subtank tasted like garbage and was leaking all over the place. I went back in the store and had to buy a new tank. When I was there the employee told me that two other people came in with the same problem so its probably a bad batch of devices. So I emailed the manufacturer, they tell me to go through the dealer. I emailed dashvapes and tried to get a copy of my receipt. At first i was told it wasn’t possible to recover my receipt, but after insisting I eventually the online rep sent it back to me. I went back in store and exchanged the device after 30 days, well beyond the store’s 7 day exchange policy, so I’ll give them points for that. I was forced to take another subox kit though, even though they knew they had a batch with bad units. My offer to take store credit instead was declined, and I was told I had another 7 days with this one to figure out if its bad, anything longer I’d have to go back to Kanger. I told the guy that I already emailed Kanger and they told me I could only go through the dealer, he just kind of shrugged. This left a bad taste in my mouth. On the other hand, the other set up I bought from them is flawless.

My experience was way different from the other reviews. The customer service was amazing. There were 4 staff behind the counter and they were having me try all different kinds and helping find ones that I liked. The staff was amazing and the selection of liquids was massive! Easily my new favorite vape shop in Toronto.

Went by dash vapes to pick up some juice and a new rda. Was standing in the store for around 5 – 7 mins just wating for one of the employees to say something to me. They seem to be to busy with there mech mods and trying to blow clouds and vape tricks. The staff seem to be there to hang out rather then to inform people and help them find something that works for them . Or pull up a chair and sit crammed on there juice bar while the employees allow there friends to clod the hole bar up . This place was horrible. If I’m standing there with a 260 doller hexohm. Chances are I’m not a newbie vapper and I’m looking to spend money. Seems like the store is run my ten year Olds who are there to hang out. Worst vape store but more importantly worst experience not friendly almost like there having to take time out from there vaping to talk to you ! Not welcoming at all. Avoid at all cost

I like everything about this place, except the parking situation. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the prices good, and the selection of hardware and juices very much to my taste.

Only 10 seconds in the store … First and last time in this place, ever. Monday, July 6⁄2015 went to this store to buy an e-juice. They open the store at 11AM. I was 6⁄7 minutes early but didn’t realize it. The door was unlocked, so I opened the door & walked in. Suddenly 3 young individuals(2 men, 1 girl) between the ages of 17 – 25 shouted all at the same time«the store is closed — we are not open». I was shocked by the way they reacted in such a way right off the bat. Their tone of voice was so rude and disrespectful. At this time I asked if they can sell me just one bottle of e-juice. My sentence was not even finished when the older guy started walking towards me in an aggressive manner pointing at the door saying«NO, NO». I said«fine then» and left. These youngsters need to learn a few things specially in customer service and people skills but I really don’t think they ever will. I feel sorry for the shop owner though to have hired such people. With this kind of attitude, I wonder how long they are going to last. By the way, I have always bought a 30ML bottle of e-juice for $ 20 or less. This place sells 15ML bottle for $ 15 based on their website! they can talk BS about the quality of their products, etc but customers know the truth.

Let me preface this by saying I couldn’t be happier with this shop in terms of their selection of ejuices. They have an absolutely massive and diverse selection and a vape bar where you can try them all out. My gripe with DashVapes is that some of the staff are less than friendly or, at least, they give off that air. The last three times I’ve been to this store I was neither greeted nor even addressed. Don’t get me wrong but I’m one of those guys who likes to feel welcome at the stores I visit. I will continue to come here for cheap ejuices(I highly recommend MtBaker fruit varieties!) but will go elsewhere for transactions involving protracted human contact.

These guys are pure awesomeness. Definitely an amazing shop as well. They have educated me on safety w/mods, and have the best stuff around. What I really like, is that they have a rewards program. It’s the only reason why I keep going back there, as opposed to the other shops around the GTA. Everytime I walk through the door, I get greeted. The store is nice, juice is awesome, staff is knowledgeable. 5 stars for sure. Check this out if you’re thinking about quitting, a novice vaper, or a cloud chaser. GO!

Excellent vape shop. Went on(soft) opening weekend to pick up some juice as their Richmond Hill location was always too out of the way for me. Probably the smoothest opening I’ve ever seen. I would consider my a ‘novice’ vaper — I’m about one or two step away from getting completely nerding out. But not to due lack of knowledge, I’m just too lazy to be building my own coils. But this is a serious vapers shop — selling high end mods, accessories and ‘craft’ juice. But don’t be intimidated — the staff was pretty friendly, they carry starter kits for beginners and value priced US-made Mt. Baker juice($ 10 for 30 mL, $ 15 for 50 mL) — which is actually cheaper than many vape shops trying to fleece customers with overpriced made in China juice. The most impressive part is that the entire DashVapes franchise is that the entire operation is incredibly polished. Their website is full-on e-commerce site with live inventory tracking — unlike most online vape stores that have pages that look like they belong on Geocities. The juice sampling bar is well organized and kept hygenic — they had little tablets set up that displayed a full menu of their juices with maker, flavour description, VG/PG ratio and pricing. Spent about an hour sampling the juices in front of a bigscreen TV — staff was friendly enough to chat with but knew when to leave you alone. Completely different feel from the usual cottage industry feel that vaping industry has. If Amazon was to open up boutique B&M vape shops, it would be something like DashVapes(and I mean that in the nicest way possible). It’s hard to believe this location is a day old and the entire company is less than a year old. Pricing isn’t the best compared to smaller operations like CanVape or – but completely reasonable given the convenience and selection. Also, it’s pretty much the only place in Canada(that I’m aware of) that can fully service vapers with multi-hundred dollar set-ups.
