Really bad customer service! I don’t know what got into these girls working here?! I came to get my favorite teas and was really shocked by the attitude I received. First, I said that I would like to buy Lime Gelato tea, the girl answered that I could have it in a bag or a tin, and dissapeared. Then another girl came whom I asked 100g of Lime Gelato tea in a tin(100g of tea comes in a free tin. Always.). She said I can’t get it in a tin as 100g of LG tea won’t fit into a tin, and I should get it in two bags. I asked her to fill up the tin as much as she can and for the rest use a bag(I have done it before, elsewhere). — «No, we can’t do that.» First time I heard something like that. So unprofessional and ignorant. I was really upset with her so I just got 50g of this tea and Jessie’s Tea(you can get as many grams as you want at Davids Tea. Thats why I prefer Davids Tea over Teavana in United States). At the end I asked for a bag to carry the tea but she answered that I did not buy enough tea to get a bag! So rude! Please go to other locations where the staff is friendly and nice!
