A couple of years ago I replaced all my furniture and bought two chaises, two stools, a table, and a display shelf from De Boers. The salesperson was excellent and I left the store very satisfied. All the pieces had to be ordered (even the floor models!) and I had to wait around 6 weeks for delivery. However, delivery was only $ 50 for all items and everything came assembled. The only issue was the display shelf was «missing». Yep… they couldn’t find it at the warehouse… they wouldn’t give me the floor model… and they wouldn’t order me another one (from China). Then one day about 6 months later I received a call out of the blue stating they had a delivery for me (no explanations given) and they brought the shelf out. Would have been a 5 star if not for this incident.
