I’m extremely happy with Katie and her team and I would give her ¹⁰⁄₅ stars if I could.
Katie was responsive and caring, she called me back the day I reached out to her and guess what, the other cleaning companies maybe just have too much business to care. She was persistent and attentive, she came to assess the condo so she can provide me with an estimate. She was accommodating with my schedule too which was fantastic for an 8 – 5 person like myself.
Her team did a great job. I have hardwood floors and it was spotless and no any marks whatsoever. They scrubbed the toilet and washroom hard which was sooo good. Moreover, they cleaned the drawers too, no crummies — success!
After the cleaning, her team stayed and waited for me to review the work. They were friendly and patient to explain to me what they did and man they did a great job (I have super white sinks). I will use Katie on a regular basis :)

I have used Katie and her team for the past year and a half and they have been absolutely wonderful! We ran an Airbnb at a 90%+ occupancy and Katie’s team handled a lot of our cleaning. We also went on a month’s vacation where we entrusted Katie to handle the entire operations of our business while we were away. I’ve been using Dhyana Cleaning services for just under a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Katie and her team are simply wonderful. Reasonable rates. Great attention to detail. Very flexible in scheduling. Trustworthy, and completely reliable. I run a busy AirBnB property, and it has meant the world to me to have Katie’s team support me with not only cleaning, but taking on extra tasks like checking in a guest or putting out the garbage if I have to be away. Truthfully, I’ve often felt uncomfortable using cleaning services in the past because it often seems as if the employees are not treated well. I can’t say enough great things about Katie and her team at Dhyana.
I was recently in Toronto to visit my dad and discovered that he hadn’t had a cleaning service in a LONG time. Katie was referred to us and boy did we hit the jackpot. She responded very quickly to our inquiry and was able to set up a time for a big clean soon after we talked. She even came to the apartment before our cleaning day to see what she had to work with. There was no judgement and a real compassion for the situation. She and Nicole (one of her team) were so delightful. Professional, kind, giving, thoughtful, and great at cleaning. They transformed my dad’s apartment. And they did it with all eco-​friendly products. They even provided cleaning products for him to use in between their now bi-​weekly visits. Competitive rates and an easy way to pay!
I’m also very impressed with how conscientiously Katie runs her business. Her staff have a vested interest in the company which means they are really committed to making their customers feel cared for and happy. We all feel good about the fact that the people cleaning my dad’s place are earning a true living wage and find their work meaningful. They are also people we trust because my dad has a lot of valuable art in his home.
All in all, you can’t go wrong with this company. Katie is a real joy to work with and I’m so grateful we found her.
