So I was out shopping here on Sunday afternoon, decided to check out the shop and see if there was anything interesting in store to buy.
This location however carries certain things the downtown one doesn’t carry more discontiued makeup products and candles.
This interested me so much I decided to buy a bunch of Wet’n’Wild products. As soon as I got to the cash the girl short changed me.
I paid her $ 20 in cash and she said I was lying and I owed her money. Well I told her I only had $ 20s on hand so clearly she didn’t count it correctly.
Eventually I got my money back as I was she was complaining about me being rude. However in my situation «CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT»
WTF. I didn’t get no apology or anything, If i were you and went to this location I’d avoid it at all cost. Bitchy customer service and refusal to give back right amount of change is completely shady. I’ll go to any other location but this one.
