i had a lot of problems with the pre requisites, the pricing and the actual production of my labels. the labels which were round at the corners ended up straight and cut with scissors! They have the technology to cut labels in the shape you want but they do not explain nor do they fup on the account since 3 people are there passing the buck. the young man though knew his printing and how it worked with the colours and after affects. but i was not even told that i had to follow a certain distance for cutting so finally what could have been a pretty excellent labels after 30 hours of work on my side was diluted with printing of labels that honestly could have had better results!
