Had the misfortune of this outfit recently. Bought two backpacks for three weeks back for the new school year. Like the era past décor of the store, the return policy (warranty) follows the same mentality. One of the bags had begun to come apart at the seam and despite the 2yr warranty I was told no return, credit or exchange but instead I would have to trek the bag to the manufacturer on my on accord or pay out of pocket to have it repaired which was the case, $ 10 later. Do yourself a favor, stay away and deal with a reputable retailer.
