Had lunch here with a friend today, we both had the mixed buffet(which is now $ 9.99 for both meat AND veg, plus a free bottle of water and plate of naan). It was tasty, but definitely not the best Indian in the city(my vote still goes to Aroma on King W). The sauces were a bit on the watery side, and not as complex of flavour as I was expecting, a few items tasted and looked the same(Lamb somethingorother and spicy beef, am looking at you). The food was hot though, and very fresh. The naan was über puffy and yummy, just the way I like it. The restaurant itself was very clean and inviting, with friendly staff. While Im not in love with the place, or jonesing to go back anytime soon, I would happily go again.

Tucked away on Charles street, this little restaurant offers Tandoori with a twist. Lured in by their lunch special sign on the sidewalk, I was surprised by their large lunch menu. It’s a small place with a lunch buffet: meat buffet for $ 9.99, veggie buffet for $ 8.99, and mixed for $ 12.99. Their rolls or wraps on average were $ 5 for a small and $ 10 for a large. The Tikka wrap was simple with tandooried chicken, onions, lettace and sauce, but that chicken sure packed a punch. I had medium hot. It was pretty hot, but good. I was pleased with the nan, they have garlic and sesame nan as well. There were a bunch of other specials with naan or rice and a pop for 10 bucks. Not a bad spot for lunch for sure.
