Was expecting a way bigger coffee shop. not many options… if you like strong coffee this is your place, if your thinking about coming here don’t. Stick to what you know, Starbucks!

I decided to visit this coffee shop after reading about it on blogTO. Upon entering the coffee shop, I was greeted by two very friendly and enthusiastic baristas, who are clearly passionate about what they do. I ordered a latte; my boyfriend ordered an americano. I love that you are able to choose the type of espresso your drink is made with(there were 3 kinds to choose from, all with different flavour notes). Both of us ordered a carrot muffin with our beverages, which we were able to get warmed in their oven. The latte looked great(I’m a sucker for latte art) and tasted delicious. The rich flavour of the espresso complimented the creaminess of the milk really well. I tried my boyfriend’s americano, which was also very good.(In my opinion, if I can drink an americano black, it’s a good americano!) As we drank our beverages and ate our pastries, the baristas danced behind the bar to the music that was playing in the café, all while interacting with customers and providing great customer service. Awesome atmosphere. Only downside to this coffee shop is the limited seating. I will definitely be returning to Fahrenheit coffee to try different beverages off of their extensive menu.

Walking in, I was welcomed by a surge of super hot air. Which doesn’t help when one is still bundled up. But once the layers are off, it’s the perfect temperature to sip a cup of good coffee. It’s my first time here and I heard a lot about this place so of course I have to give it a try when I happened to be in the area! The shop is quite small… There’s only two benches with a total of 7 chairs here. So if you want sitting room, it’s hard to find esp at 3pm it is packed with people. There are lots of ppl who drop in and grab coffee and head out. They sell three types of beans, flavours are described and you get to choose which bean to use as your espresso. Since its my first time here, the barista recommended I try the Brazil blend first as it is closer to the traditional latte. I ordered a medium latte with 1% milk. Their default is whole milk but they also carry lactose free, soy and almond milk as other alternatives in addition to the 1%. The latte came with a very nice design on it. The foam is perfect. I’ve tried making latte myself and I’ve got to say their milk is foamed and steamed perfectly. First sip, the espresso and the milk blends blends very well. The flavour is bold and yet the milk balances it out quite nicely, and the result is a perfect gulp of latte :) Anyway they sell beans roasted ½ lb and by buying the beans one gets a free cup latte/Americano/coffee as a compliment :) wish I knew that before I ordered! But the latte is so good that im gonna buy the beans and then head out with another cup of latte :)

Gotta give this 5 stars. Walked in with my hubby on a cold weekday morning, was greeted with friendly service and had the option of which sort of espresso we’d like for our lattes– nice touch! We’ll definitely be back.

Small coffee shop but has the most delicious coffee! Had the Brazil in the form of a latte and was blown away by how smooth it was!!! The place is tiny with no more than 10 seats with limited table space, so it’s definitely more of a pick up and go type of place. If you’re lucky to find a free spot, the décor is simple and quite bright. However, there are so many people coming in and out so it might be hard to have a conversation. They also have water at the side for sit in guests to enjoy, which I thought was a nice bonus.

I came here around noon on a Tuesday, purchased a coffee and a croissant. I can’t remember the exact amount of my bill(around $ 6 to $ 7 with taxes, if I recall correctly). To be frank, I completely agree with the reviewer below who remarked that the owner was quite«preachy» and, in my experience and in addition to that, actually a bit condescending. My experience at Fahrenheit was, as a result, pretty awkward. I entered the shop after trekking over from work, hopeful for a good experience as a result of the reviews here. However, I wasn’t sure what I wanted, contemplating whether to order a coffee or another drink, unsure of what baked good to order(a dessert after lunch, you know?), etc., as any customer of a coffee shop would do… at a coffee shop. I stood there for a couple of minutes, deciding, contemplating. The owner seemed impatient, waiting for me to finally figure out what I wanted. Instead, I let a couple behind me go ahead and order ahead of me, as I still wasn’t sure what to get. As the couple ordered their coffee promptly, the owner exclaimed, «Now that isn’t so hard, is it?» Which, of course, made it pretty awkward when I finally placed my order. The coffee was fine. The croissant was flat, but fine. At any shop, you certainly wouldn’t mind a few minutes to figure out what to order to purchase. So dear Fahrenheit, in the future, please provide your customers with the courtesy to do so. «Now that’s isn’t so hard, is it?»

Small coffee shop with about 8 chairs. There are some items«on tap» with different types of espresso beans you can pick for your lattes or mochas. I chose the Ethiopian one for the latte and the Brazil one for the mocha. The mocha one is delicious! Tasted like a medium blend so not too dark or bitter. The sweetness level was perfect without any sugar. The latte was very good too, but mocha is still on top.

What an amazing café in Toronto!!! The menu is small and simple if you’re used to a Starbucks, but the difference is in the quality. You get to pick your beans with each drink, and they have 3 options to choose from. We both picked the Brazil, as it had notes of peanut butter in it. The end result was probably the silkiest and smoothest mocha I have ever had. Expertly crafted with beautiful latte art on top. If I lived in Toronto, I would come here everyday. The prices were awesomely affordable, too! We didn’t try any baked goods, but they really all looked amazing. The workers were super friendly. The place is tiny, though, with maybe only 8 chairs, and even then it’s a bit cramped. However we took ours to-go, so it was all good. If you’re looking for an awesome coffee joint, I think this is definitely a place to check out!

I made a little journey on a beautiful fall day over to Fahrenheit Coffee, as it was about time I drop by to see what I was missing. It is a very small space, so make sure you don’t miss it going around the corner! As mentioned in other reviews, they are obviously full of knowledge and passion regarding coffee. The two men who were behind the bar when I ordered were very friendly, and helpful. I ordered an Americano, and chose the Brasil bean. I didn’t stick around; they have limited seating, and I don’t feel it is somewhere I would go to camp out for any lengthy amount of time. If I lived in the neighbourhood I would choose Fahrenheit occasionally, probably due more to the inclination of supporting a small local coffee business than anything. I would stop in again sometime, but I would choose to experience their obvious latte-art talent!

One of the best coffee shops in Toronto. Single-origin beans, rich with flavor are used for their crafted drinks and pour-overs. Both the taste and depth of flavor is far superior to your ubiquitous chains dotting every nearby corner. And with an intensely dedicated staff that seems to enjoy making each and every cup inside a beautifully bright and modern environment, Fahrenheit is a must try. Though you may not want to linger if they’re blaring hip-hop music early in the morning like they were on my visit. A minor concern, but worth mentioning. In this case, simply take yours to go.

It’s places like this that put places like Starbucks and Tim Hortons to shame. Small place. Very personal. And the employees give you the idea that they actually love their job in here. Reasonably priced and located on a pretty busy corner. Easy in and out. Friendly service. Every person in there started small talk with the wife and I at least once. If I opened a business, I would want it to look/feel exactly like Fahrenheit Coffee. These guys are doing it right!

I have to say, I need a more relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the experience that third wave coffee has to offer. From the moment we walked into the small, neat café, someone was essentially screaming at us — friendly! but at an inappropriate volume nonetheless. Before we had a chance to look at the menu, another shout to come closer. And sure enough, before we stepped up to place our orders, one more shout(who knows about what this time). I’m sure picking your own beans is an ego boost to some(or truly enjoyable, of course), but I come to third wave coffee shops for a curated experience; someone who knows better than me should have already picked out the perfect, rich, delectable beans for me to enjoy the ideal coffee beverage of my choice. I don’t know, I’m just not into the type of service so perky, boisterous and loud that it makes you feel tired. The coffee itself was mostly fine, but nothing to get excited about. I found it a little flat, to be honest. There was no art on my latte, just the same old flower you can get anywhere. Probably wouldn’t bother returning, save the very small chance I’m in the area again and in need of a coffee because literally anything is better than Starbucks.

This might be my favorite spot for coffee in Toronto, just because it’s such a pleasant experience. Everyone who works here is so nice — I am usually too groggy to really reciprocate, but I hope they understand. They have a good selection of pastries and such. There’s a little bar along the window to sit at and wifi while you recaffeinate, but this isn’t a spot to hang out and work.

We came here early on Saturday and were greeted with a passionate barista in the city. His enthusiasm was contagious and he was very genuine. Since he recognized that it was the first time at the coffee shop, he recommended different beans to us. CORTADO: Strong yet smooth with undertone of strawberries resulted from the bean that was recommended from the barista at that time! LATTE: The latte with presented with delicate coffee art, which is always an added bonus for those Instagramers. It was good! The pricing is on par with most coffee shops downtown. I would come again if I was in the area. The baristas are very welcoming and when we sat there, we noticed that it was a nice coffee community. The baristas definitely made the experience!

Our cashier was super hyped up on caffeine. He also came off a bit preachy about espresso. My latte was overly sweet and I didn’t add any sugar. The art wasn’t great either.

This is an amazing little coffee shop. Fresh cookies and pastries(Oreo cookies and cream Cookie anyone) paired with proper caffeinated delights. You can see and smell the care that goes into every cup. Don’t bother with Starbucks, come here instead!

This place is a bit out of the way but well worth the walk. The time I was there they had 3 different beans to choose from. I chose a Brazilian one for my Americano and even though I’m not a coffee connoisseur I could tell I was drinking the good stuff.

Lovely little café, where you can order a quick coffee and a pastry and spend some time reading a book while observing passerbys through the window. The staff is very friendly and chatty and your latte comes with a nice latte art.
