My mom who is a senior has a monthly appointment with Michelle for a medi/​pedi. She’s very thorough, takes her time to do a beautiful job and never rushes her out the door. The salon is very clean and the service impeccable.

Melanie is a great hair stylist however separate from her, the colourist I had at Fiorio completely butchered my hair. After expressing my concerns to management they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. 200 $ wasted as I had to go elsewhere to have colour redone.

Never ever had a bad experience here since I became a client a few years ago. Melissa does great colour but I’ve had Colby as a replacement when Melissa was off sick and she was also great. Love Japheth… awesome hair cut. Jeff is so sweet and does a great blowout. Also really like Elyse for hair cut. Good selection of product, very clean environment and friendly and efficient front desk staff.

I was really disappointed with my makeup. The artist was inexperienced and was unable to create a very simple look. She’s a nice girl, but just shouldn’t be working in a salon. Applying eyeshadow is very tricky, and that’s why I decided to get it done by a «professional» — unfortunately, the very young girl thought she could just apply silver eyeshadow all around my eyes and it would be fine. I looked like a clown and when I was obviously disappointed, no attempt was made to rectify it. I would never go back.
