I called this guy to come in and repair a light/fan unit and we agreed to a time the following day. So I took the day off work only to have him cancel an hour before (2pm) which left me no time to arrange someone else.
He didn’t suggest an alternative time when he cancelled (via text message), so I assume he wasn’t very interested in the job in the first place. A bit of honesty would have been nice so I could have found someone else earlier/in the first place.
I can’t review his workmanship since he never actually did the job, but overall this was a frustrating experience filled with bad communication which I think justifies the low rating
