The sales staff is always there when you need to buy something but when it comes to customer service I had to return a watch twice and when they said it should take 4 weeks to get back to me in fact it took several months. That made me really really frustrated each time. I came back multiple times to the store, the sales were smiling at me, telling me they will fix my problems. And then nothing! I don’t think I will buy anything in that store anymore.

I really expected to get hounded, or snuffed, but it was neither.
I contemplated my purchase for a long while, left, then came back to buy.
The salesgirls were friendly and accommodating, suggested an accessory to my purchase, but let it go when I said no.
