I actually travel pretty far to come to this store. And when stuffs on sale it’s worth the travel. The staff is pretty nice and helpful. The place is clean. When it’s on sale they pretty well most of the time have it in stock. I especially like their chicken/meat sales. Most places tuck skin & fat under and when you get home you have to trim up and toss a bunch of crap. This place doesn’t thumb the scale as it used to be called while the other cut rate grocery chains do. I give them thumbs up for that, And when poultry/meats on sale they have an over abundance of it. That’s a winner.

Avoid this Freshco at all costs! While it is slightly a step up than the Price Chopper that uses to occupy the place is still horrible! I went to buy a pack of salami today and realized when I got home that it expired 15 days ago… When browsing for salad I also noted a lot of them had expired 2 days ago! Eek!

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. It’s sort of like an upmarket No Frills. The prices are pretty low, there’s a good variety of generic brand products(the Compliments brand) and the produce was neatly and brightly displayed. The place was SPARKLING clean. Also, it had a high ratio of staff that were attractive males in the«just barely half my age plus 7» category, which although doesn’t actually mean anything to me, makes shopping there just that much more enjoyable. The only drawback for me was its lack of Asian products, but that’s easily fixed by the Asian grocery store across the street.
