They have a huge selection of everything cannabis related and great staff. Really relaxed place too, so it is nice to browse everything they have. Only wish there were more places like this, back in NYC anyway.

The staff are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The shop brings in great new products regularly and they are very responsive when I’ve made inquiries through email to ask questions about products they have or might be getting in. Really nice clean shop with a great variety of goods to choose from!

I bought a vaporizer last saturday and when I tried to use it it wouldn’t work when I brought it back for a refund or exchange the sales clerks were very unhelpful. I than spoke to the manager who kept comparing her store to a kitchener accessories location and said «no returns». Not to mention how condescending and rude she was to me.
I am a medicinal marijuana patient and I will never be returning to this establishment. Complete rip-​off jokers.

Really lives up to it’s name.
I have visited twice, and both times I have not been disappointed. You can ask them questions about any of their products and they are glad to give you their tips and feedback. On my second visit, I made a wrong purchase and had to come back to make an exchange, and they had absolutely no problem with it. They also include freebies with your purchases, such as matches and stickers. I will definitely keep coming back!

The best smoke shop I’ve ever been to… anywhere! You’re made to feel welcome immediately by the hip, young knowledgable staff. Large, well lit (no pun intended) store, well stocked with everything you’re looking for including pipes, books, clothing, incense and other items you’d expect to find in such places. Prices were reasonable.
By far the best part of this store is the incredibly cool staff. Smart and passionate about their products. No judgements– no attitudes.
May I say again… this is the best smoke shop ever. AWESOME! They really live up to the name of the place: Friendly Strangers.

If you need anything smoke related, Friendly Stranger’s the place to go. I’m talking bongs, pipes, filters, cleaning solution, hundreds of types of rolling papers, etc. — they’ve got it. Some people have said it’s pricier than other shops in the city but I’ve never been outraged by their pricing — seems fair to me.
It’s a safe and welcoming environment, completely non-​judgmental. The staff here are professional and knowledgeable and will help you out whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro. They take the time to explain everything to you in easily understandable terms and know their stuff! If you need any sort of smoking accessories this is your spot.

This place is AWESOME. I came in looking for a… souvenir, and the staff was super friendly. Very well priced (by US standards). The staff and I quickly lapsed from businesslike discussion to talking about Pineapple Express. Cool.

I’ve never known anyone to have anything but a positive experience here.
