Fast customer service. Cut and dry.
Older model phones; call ahead of time for ie. Replacement battery availability.

Although they have fair prices for fixing electronics, be aware of the quality of repairs. They will fix your stuff but they will make up excuses whenever it stops working or the quality is not up to par.
I replaced the screen of my phone and just after a few days of normal use it broke in my hands. No it didn’t fall, it didn’t hit anything, I simply put on a new number to give it extra protection (oh the irony) and it broke. They said that since I didn’t record the accident they couldn’t do anything about it. Unfortunately their lower quality can’t take normal usage.
I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
Pros: lower prices than average
Cons: much lower quality, no warranties.
P. S. sometimes they get people in selling used phones. They don’t ask where did this person got the phones. It seems fishy to me that somebody rolls in with 4 smart phones and they buy then without asking.
