Gib-San Pools

Gib San is terrible. Do not work with them. They ask for credit card information in advance and then after I ask for a Spring Pool Opening at $ 379 my credit card is billed for over $ 1000. They are not returning my calls or providing a refund. The pool opening wasn’t even done well and I had to pay another company to repeat the job so out even more money. Stay away from this company.

Gib-​San designed and installed our new pool, they just completed the first closing. I would definitely recommend them.
Like any project we had a few problems but we worked through the issues with some give and take on both sides, Gib-​San always stood behind their commitments.
Many good things to say. Notably the design by Jay, he really had a long term view, plus the pool looks great. Anthony the Project Manager was the glue holding everything together. Many good things to say about Anthony he really cares about the projects and knows what he is doing. Many of the Gib-​San employees also commented on their respect for Anthony.
My only other recommendation is to keep your own track of approved changes and to keep the landscaping minimal till you get a good feel for the pool.
Overall I was very happy with Gib-​San and would recommend them. You might want to ask for Anthony to manage your project.
