I don’t often need clothes dry cleaned but whenever I do I go here! They do a great job on all my cocktail dresses and even when they can’t get a stain out the first time, I’m happy that they’re willing to give it a second or even third go. They’re very open and informed about stains and clothes. I feel like they really know what they’re doing when I leave my stuff with them.
Also, they’re great for little mending jobs. Any tear I get goes straight here. The seamstress has pretty strict hours but they’re pretty good with relaying your instructions to her.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I brought a suit in to be pressed and when it was returned to me I realized afterwards that it had been damaged throughout the entire suit.
I was never contacted about the damage and I was never informed of the damage even on pick up.
When dealing with the owner he made many accusations that it was insect damage or cigarette burns however when I made the accusation that they obviously damaged it and tried to hide it from me he claims that it’s «not possible».
When I brought it to another cleaners they said that it’s definitely burn holes and that if it «arrived like this» then they should call the customer and let them know so that they are not liable.
Bottom line, the way they treated us is unacceptable. I will file a claim with better business bureau and take them to small claims over this. There is no reason why I should not have been contacted if they are so reputable! Clearly they are shady!!!
