This is the worst manicure I have ever had! I feel like I threw $ 35 down the drain! My nails actually look worse AFTER getting the manicure. The cuticles are all roughed up and choppy and the shellac begins quarter way into my nails making it look like I got it 4 weeks ago! I am SOOOOO disappointed! I tried communicating this to the woman but she acted like she was not understanding what I was saying. She is also not blind so I do not understand how she would let me walk out the place with those nails. I should have refused paying for the manicure, maybe then she would miraculously realize that my nails should have been redone. I’m guessing there is only one woman who does the shellac? I really wished the girl who did my pedicure was allowed to handle my manicure too because my feet look great and my hands look rachet!
