Great Canadian Self Storage

You went to the Uhaul website and liked the prices, right? And this one is close by. SO you go in. Surprise! The prices on the website are not the prices you’ll get here. If you’re foolish or desperate enough to do business with this location, you may expect to pay more then double the pries on the Uhaul website. When you question this, staff finds it very funny and will laugh at you.
I recommend avoiding at all costs.

I have rented a truck from this location. When i rented the truck there was a guy behind the desk and he estimated the milages that i’m going to use. When I returned the tuck there was a really rude and impolite girl behind the desk and she charged me $ 70 more because i was running out of milage, however i haven’t estimated the milage. I ask her that the guy who was here estimated the milage for me so i haven’t any idea how many mile that i’m going to drive so you can not charge me because of your wrong estimation. She stared to laugh at me and she was joking at me. I was pissed of and said what is wrong with you i need to talk to you manager and she said i’m the manager. I said no I need to talk to a person who has higher position than you and she said we don’t have this person and again stared to laugh at me. I asked her what’s your name and she said hahaha please don’t tell to anyone please and again started to laugh at me. I called to U haul head office and talked to them about the issue and i asked and claim my money and they said we will follow this and let you know but nothing happen. I have used U haul more than 20 times and this was the most horrible location. I don’t recommend you guys to use this one. They are so racist.

there are some pretty terrible reviews of this location for UHAUL rentals in the world. not sure where it comes from… i rented a moving van yesterday with zero issues. the guy behind the desk is really chill, friendly, and accommodating. i’ve rented from this location 3 times, and have never had an issue whatsoever.
