No question one of my fav spots for under $ 10, excluding beverage.
My go-​to is a spinach salad with light caesar heaped with shredded chicken. Delicious, nutritious… what more can I say.
Lines are manageable. Seating is non-existant…its a bar essentially, pick up and go. Some seats behind near Longo’s.
Dozens of salads for under $ 6.00. Add protein for under $ 10. Nice!
Fresher, friendlier and more value than Freshii in the next building.

It puzzles me why I came here although I know why. Finding myself in First Canadian Place for lunch, I really did not know what to get. Being surrounded by healthy food options, I could not find a place to escape.
In the ended up coming here for their salads, only because they are were next to the dessert shop I was eye-​ing. They have a nice display of salads. First one was salmon salad so I could not resist and got that just to bite into that huge chunk of salad. They have a lot of dressings too, which is cool as we all loves options.
