Since I wrote my original review over a year ago, there has been a vast improvement in the service from Grocery Market! Their customer service is very responsive and they made a great effort to address my concerns. The website info when you’re ordering is more up to date when something is out of stock. There are far fewer substitutions, especially with dairy items. They have increased the range of items they carry, so there’s more selection than before. The delivery people are always friendly, polite and quick to answer any questions. Deliveries are always within the time window I choose, and they call me a few minutes before arriving. I also like the fact that they take Paypal payments, so you’re not stuck using only credit cards. I am now a happy customer, and I recommend Grocery Market to anyone who needs groceries delivered.

It was getting hard to get groceries with two small kids. Cold weather also makes hard for us to go out. Fortunately GroceryMarket came to help. Great service, easy to navigate their website, customer service very supportive and on time delivery. One item was missing from my order but they delivered it next morning. Would recommend to all my friends and continue to use their service.

I ordered with them a few times and I have to say, I was impressed with their sameday delivery service. The grocery stores in my area are quite expensive, so Grocery Market was cheaper and I didn’t have to lug the bags of groceries from my car to my condo (Especially heavy items like juice and water). They did run out of something I ordered but I had the option for a subtitution or refund which was nice. I would definitely buy food from them again!

Great service. It’s pleasant to see your order complete and accurate. I had several previous bad experiences with other providers. Been using them for a while and love their reliability. Delivery guy was really nice and looked like he cared.
