H&R Block

Had to Walk Out. This was an experience from the twilight zone. Walked in, guy who barely knew English tried to take my info with a 80 year old women in plain clothes at the computer. I think it was his mom.
Got sat down in front of a nice guy that seemed apt initially. He spent 30 minutes typing and asking my wife and I phone and address numbers. I finally had to ask him a question about my home office and this lady came up over the other cubicle and asked what he was doing.
She storms over, and at risk to insulting her I will just say she was the complete opposite of presentable. Started aggressively asking me if I was filing a business return and I said no. Then she looks at guy’s screen and starts yelling at him saying «you haven’t even done anything.»
Then proceeds to tell us to go the other guy in the next cubicle. At this point we are freaked out at some obvious incompetence. I asked the next guy what is going on and he politely said «sometimes you need different people for different things» then I said I was getting nervous and the manager lady says «you should be.»
I had to get out of there, I am still nervous they messed something up or I left something there I need. Still completely befuddled by it all. I can’t imagine any customer using this place successfully.
