This place is borderline criminal. My wife went there on Thursday to bring our daughter for a haircut and to do her eyebrows. She left with a huge chunk of skin missing on her forehead(see picture). In all her years of doing her eyebrows, this is the first time it ever happened. What was worst was that the attendant tried to hide her mistake. My wife discovered it a few minutes after she left the store and felt a burning sensation on her forehead. The attendant didn’t even have the decency of admitting her mistake right away and own up to it. When my spouse immediately complained to the staff and the person responsible for this(the manager was surprisingly no where to be found), she was told, «tomorrow it will be ok, don’t worry». To treat such negligence and malpractice so trivially is outrageous. She’s still carrying a mark three days later. As for my daughter’s haircut, they barely touched the edge of her hair. I know we asked for a trim, but even that was not done properly. I’m not really complaining though, at least she still has her ears intact.

Never got the feeling of «you get what you pay for» at this place cuz let’s be honest, $ 8 for a perfect trim beats getting disappointed with a $ 45 disaster from the swankier salons. A 10 yr old with long hair who swims competitively has split end syndrome on crack so this budget friendly salon caters to our monthly/weekly hair care regimen without breaking the bank. The owner insists on «first come first serve» rule, although once you pick your hair dresser and become a regular, calling ahead would be wise.
