Amazing service, super friendly staff!

Dr. Flewelling takes care of me for about 7 yrs since I moved to TO thanks to a friend who recommended him. My small mouth likes his delicate, gentle, soft long hands (he used to play piano), that explains :)
Couple weeks ago I had some pain and called in and was taken on short notice to see and given a prescription and emergency appointment for next day at 3:30pm to do some work. The drugs were not strong enought, so Dr. called in Pharmacy at First Canadian Place and faxed a new pX. I woke up next morning with swelling and more pain and called ER number as I could not wait till 3:30! Doctor’s office was to open at 10:30am, but I met Dr. Flewelling himself first thing am and the two of us started working on my mouth. Shortly after more help came in. I am so GLAD that doctor went out of his WAY to HELP me! No drugs worked to ease the pain that feels like a bad dream, not real at all! I stayed home and lost 5 lbs in few days but doctor and his staff were calling and checking up on me!
The service at this office is always a good experience.
Dr.F. is soft spoken, polite, helpful, caring, patient, accommodating and has long history of experience! His associates are there to step in when he is away and hygienists are very good. I like one that stands out for me as she is not afraid to be more firm with me when comes to flossing more, etc.
My daughter who went to University in Montréal and Europe would come home at times on short notice and with a long list to do, but Dr. Flewelling’s office always found a way to accommodate her and I knew she would be in great hands! I was a dental assistant back in BC so to me teeth are extremely important and I am happy to be taken care by a doctor who is old school and modern requests open minded :)
