Please, whatever you do, do not order merchandise on line from Haven. Please don’t buy merchandise from them AT ALL!
I honestly can not warn you enough. Do not deal with Slade, Jesse, or whatever other crooks they employ at Haven.
They sent me defective merchandise. Then when I returned this defective merchandise to try and get a refund, they denied that they received the package. I had to open a billing dispute with my credit card card company and am still to this day trying to get my money back from them.
They are not honest, nor are they righteous.
I’m sure they will try and respond to this review, with more lies. Please don’t believe a word they say and please take your business elsewhere. If you don’t, I promise you’ll regret it.
I cannot think of a company that I disdain more.

I havent been there … but it looks nice inside. I may not shop there unless you can pay in japanese yen.

you want one of a kind original stuff to wear? come here. i love the location, away from the maddening crowd that is downtown toronto. not much parking if you drive. i would take the street car get off at queen and parliament and walk a bit west. i love how the shop looks, very minimalistic. what brands do they stock? just go online and you will see what they sell. there are two levels. the staff was nice and helpful. if i were still single and not married i would splurge all my dosh here.

I was introduced to this store by a buddy who is into the clothing from Japan (Japanese Chic from what I have been explained is still the rage). Apparently this is the first outpost in the East for this trendy clothing store. This was the second try to visit this store as the first attempt was futile.
The setup is very nice and surprising for this area as I think they would be more suited to the mink mile or similar neighborhoods.
The staff is very well trained and is not pushy. The clothes are not cluttered and have a very nice clean streamlined look. The store has two floors so they do have decent variety. I don’t know many of the brands that they carry here but the craftsmanship on some of the items I saw was very good (previous foray in textiles has made it habitual for moi to check if any corners have been cut in clothing)
The style of clothes are again a matter of personal taste or the people you hang out with to appreciate. I would say check out their online presence and if you like what you see this place is worth the detour to this shady neighborhood.
